    Stilnovo USA will ship your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. For small parcel deliveries, we use UPS ground and offer expedited options upon request. Typical lead time is 5 business days. For larger shipments, we can choose from a variety of freight carriers with options for expedited and white glove delivery. Typical lead time is 5-7 business days.

    All shipping charges will be billed to the customer and must be paid in full before the time of shipment. Cancellations cannot be made after an item ships, and must be confirmed via email beforehand.

    Transit times will vary. Stilnovo USA is not responsible for any delay in transit, nor is Stilnovo USA liable for any expense that might occur due to any delays or damages.

    Please inspect all items at the time of receipt. If there is any damage, please report it with the freight company. By signing for a delivery you are accepting that the shipment was received without any problems, and we are not liable for anything damage that occurs after the fact.

    Customers will be billed for any additional delivery charges that occur outside of the agreed upon service level.
